33本次招标的合格投标人应同时满足下列资格要求：Biddershouldmeetallthefollowingqualificationrequirements:1）投标人须为投标产品的专业制造商，或经上述专业制造商针对本项目唯一授权的代理商；Thebiddermustbeaprofessionalmanufacturerofthetenderproducts,oranagentauthorizedbytheabove-mentionedprofessionalmanufacturerforthesoleauthorizationoftheproject；2）须提供投标人（如为代理商）以及投标产品制造商的营业执照或合法注册文件；Thebusinesslicenseofthebidder(asanagent)andthemanufacturermustbeprovided.
3）投标人以及投标产品制造商应具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉；BiddersandtheManufacturersshouldhavegoodbankcreditandbusinessreputation；4）业绩要求：PerformanceRequirements:
包件一：2021年1月1日至投标截止日，投标产品制造商应同时具有不少于5台电动空箱堆高机的销售业绩（须提供销售合同复印件，以合同签订时间为准）；

包件二：2021年1月1日至投标截止日，投标产品制造商应同时具有不少于3台电动正面吊的销售业绩（须提供销售合同复印件，以合同签订时间为准）；

包件三：2021年1月1日至投标截止日，投标产品制造商应同时具有不少于6台电动牵引车的销售业绩（须提供销售合同复印件，以合同签订时间为准）；
Forpackage3,fromJanuary1,2021,tillthetenderdeadline,thebidproductmanufacturersshallhavesalesperformanceofnotlessthan6setsofElectricTowingTractors.(Thebiddersmustprovidesalescontractsandreflectscopeofsupplyandinformationofcontractsigningdate);
5）投标产品制造商应具有有效的ISO9000系列或同等质量管理体系认证证书，以及有效的ISO14000系列或同等环境管理体系认证证书。
ThemanufacturershallsubmitevidencethatiscertifiedinISO9000andISO14000orequivalentsinothercountries.
6）投标人以及投标产品制造商须提供经第三方审计的近三年（2020、2021、2022）财务报表（包含审计说明）。
Thebidderandthemanufacturermustprovideauditedfinancialstatementsforthepastthreeyears(2020,2021,2022)includingAuditornotesthatdescribestaxandlegalliabilities.
7）投标人以及投标产品制造商须遵守并符合CSPCP反腐败制度的要求并提供相应的承诺书（详见投标人须知后附）。
ThebidderandthemanufacturermustcomplywithAnticorruptionRequirementsofCSPCPandsubmitaswornstatement(refertoannexofInstructiontoBidders).
