(4)如为代理商投标,须提供上述(1)(2)(3)项材料及制造商出具的授权书。
3.42020年1月1日至今(以合同签订日期为准),投标人投标的品牌产品具有至少一个在中华人民共和国关境内的应用于玉米果穗加工厂成套生产线相关业绩；需提供相关证明材料。
相关证明材料包括但不限于:业绩合同关键页复印件(如合同首页、双方签字盖章页、签订时间页、供货范围描述页、主要技术参数页等关键页面)。如合同不能体现业绩要求,还应提供技术协议复印件、设备总图、数据单或其它补充证明材料。投标人另应提供该业绩采购人：（略）
3.5投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开户银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。
3.6至投标截止时间,投标人若被人民法院列为失信被执行人或被中华人民共和国应急管理部(包括原国家安全监管总局)列入安全生产不良记录“黑名单”,其投标将被否决(境外投标人无需提供)。

3.Qualificationrequirementsforthebidder
3.1Thebiddermustbethemanufacturerofcornhusker,itswholly-ownedsubsidiaryorauthorizedagent.
3.2Ifthebidderisanoverseascompany,itshallprovideavalidcertificateofcompanyregistration.Ifitisadomesticcompany,itshallhaveavalidindependentlegalpersonqualificationandprovideavalidbusinesslicense.
3.3Thebiddershallprovidethefollowingdocumentsfromthemanufacturer:
(1)ISO9001qualitysystemcertificatewithinthevalidityperiod,andacopyshallbeprovidedinthebiddocument;
(2)CopiesofISO14001environmentalmanagementsystemcertificateorsimilarenvironmentalmanagementsystemcertificateswithinthevalidityperiod;
(3)Themanufacturerparticipatinginthebidshallproviderelevantcertificationdocumentsofitstechnicalownership.Intermsofitsownpatentedtechnology,itisrequiredtoprovidecopiesofitsrelevantpatentdocuments.Intermsofnon-patentedtechnology,itisrequiredtoprovidedocumentsthatcanprovethatitlegallyownsthetechnology.Forthetechnologyauthorizedbyothers,itisrequiredtoprovidelegalandeffectivetechnologyauthorizationdocuments.
