TheBiddershallbeprofessionalequipmentmanufacturerofpressureswingadsorptiontreatmentequipment,andhavethecorrespondingqualificationsandcapabilitiesinequipmentdesign,manufacturing,supply,testing,acceptance,personnelorganization,after-salesservice,andotheraspectsrequiredtocompletethisbiddingproject.“ManufacturerQualificationStatement”shallbeprovided(theformatisasperIV-9-2inChapterIVofVolumeI).
（10）投标人提供2014年1月1日至今在国内糊树脂生产企业液相氯乙烯单体干燥和VCM尾气回收
装置（变压吸附）稳定运行的业绩各一套。
有效业绩的认定条件为：投标人提供业绩清单（格式见第六章附表1），并附合同扫描件和用户证明等证明材料。合同扫描件须体现合同签字页、设备名称：（略）
Thebiddermusthaveastableoperationperformanceofatleast1setofliquidphasevinylchloridemonomerdryingandvcmtailgasrecoverydevice(pressureswingadsorption)forthepasteresinplantinmainlandChinafromJanuary1,2014tonow.
Theconditionsforrecognizingeffectiveperformanceare:Bidderstoprovidealistofperformance(theFormatofRelevantExperiencesListisaspertheAttachment1ofSectionSix),withcontracts,usercertificateandothersupportingmaterials.Thecontractneedtoreflecttherelevantinformationlncludebutnotlimitedtocontractsignaturepage,equipmentname,specificationsandmodels,andotherinformationintheperformancelist.Thecopyofthecontractwithitscompanysealingfordomesticbidders(excludingHongKong,MacaoandTaiwan,thesamebelow),whileonlysigningforbiddersabroad(includingHongKong,MacaoandTaiwan,thesamebelow);（11）投标人应提供制造商对产品质量保证和售后服务的承诺函原件。
