1)投标条件及资格要求：（1）投标商应具有本标书的设计能力和设备成套能力，须具有在大型钢铁企业炼钢（单台转炉≥120吨）OG系统使用悬梁厢式压滤机二年以上的成功业绩，并对设备的使用性能、使用安全性和可靠性、设备质量、供货的完整性、安装指导及调试负责。（2）投标商应提供在大型钢铁企业炼钢（单台转炉≥120吨）OG系统使用二年以上的成功业绩的相关证明文件（用户证明或合同复印件）。（3）投标商所提供压滤机及其所用的设备和材料（包括液压站、液压缸、液压油管、钢材、滤板、滤布等）原产地应为美国、欧洲。投标人必须是制造商，所投标的压滤机必须在品牌原产国成套。投标人必须有外汇签约资质。（4）投标商需出具承诺函，承诺在供货时提供美国或欧盟出具的原产地证明，并提供材料原厂（包括液压站、液压缸、液压油管、钢材、滤板、滤布等）提供的出厂检测报告，钢部件需出具出厂材质检测报告。
